Eligibility for Sophono Implant
- Alpha 1 Candidacy Chart
The Alpha 1 (M) is designed for patients 5 years of age and older with conductive loss or mixed loss if bone conduction hearing thresholds are better than 45 dB. The Alpha 1 (M) and (S) can also be used for single sided deafness when the hearing ear has bone conduction hearing thresholds better than 20 dB.
